Shatto Gallery is pleased to announce the annual end-of-the-year show, Epilogue, 2023. This group exhibition will present a diverse array of artistic mediums, including paintings, prints, drawings, photography, ceramics, sculptures, and more. Epilogue, 2023 will spotlight highly talented artists, many of whom have previously showcased their work at the gallery.
The Epilogue, 2023 lineup consists of both established and emerging local artists. With the aim of making art accessible to a broader audience, the artworks featured in this exhibition will be available for purchase at prices of $1200 or less, significantly reduced from their original valuations. Sue Park, the Director of Shatto Gallery, emphasizes that all proceeds from the sales will be donated to a non-profit organization, as she continually strives to find new causes to contribute to.
In 2021, Shatto Gallery hosted the That Time, 2021 exhibition and allocated the proceeds to feature artworks by artists from the Exceptional Children's Foundation in the summer of 2022. In 2022, the Good Times, 2022 exhibition supported the Global Refugee Aid Foundation with a donation of the gallery's full proceeds from the show.
Continuing from last year’s objective to support local artists and social causes, this year’s proceeds will also be donated to support a nonprofit organization. This exhibition will be on view from November 18 - December 16, 2023.
